Administration of 1-2 standardized assessments
Assessment focusing on primarily one area of concern

Direct OT Services
Direct OT services provided to the client for 45 minute sessions (3 billable units)
Specialized treatments available: ILS, Safe and Sound Protocol, Seeing My Time, Learning Breakthrough, Bal-A-Vis-X

Administration of 3+ standardized assessments
Assessments focusing on 2 or more areas of concern
Specialized Dysgraphia, CBIT, or interoception assessment
One IEP/504/learning plan meeting attendance

Additional Meeting Time
Additional IEP/504/learning plan meeting time is billed at a rate of $200/hour
